In a case with potentially major implications for victims of domestic abuse, the U.S. Supreme Court is expected to clarify the right of criminal defendants to confront witnesses against them. Boalt Hall's Domestic Violence Practicum has helped to write an amici curiae brief.

Death Penalty Clinic Celebrates Supreme Court Victory in Snyder Case
Boalt Hall’s Death Penalty Clinic had cause to celebrate recently when the U.S. Supreme Court overturned the guilty verdict and death sentence of Allen Snyder, an African American man convicted of murder in 1996.
